    Advance sales and 10% discounts
    on tickets for hall-sponsored concerts

    You can purchase tickets at the Ticket Center and Sumitomolife Izumi Hall Online Ticket one week earlier than general sales and at 10% discount.

  2. 2 Membership Benefit
    Regular delivery of information on concerts
    and other events

    We will send you the Sumitomolife Izumi Hall information magazine Jupiter, concert flyers, concert schedules, etc. every two months.

    * We send them to Friends members by postal mail and to Web Friends members by email newsletter.

    Digital Izumi Channel access

    You can watch videos of some of the hall-sponsored concerts since 2020.

    A flat rate of ¥500 for parking when visiting for a concert (regular rate ¥1,000).

    * From an hour and a half before to two hours after the concert.
    * Please present your Friends membership card and ticket at parking.

    room rental rates

    Rehearsal rooms at Sumitomolife Izumi Hall can be used at a 10% discount.

    You will receive 10% discount on purchases at the Wien store in the Hall.

How to Enroll

Sumitomolife Izumi Hall Friends is a fan club that offers many benefits.

From the month of enrollment to the same month of the following year

You can apply for membership over the internet, by postal mail, or in person.
(Application for Web Friends membership can only be accepted over the internet.)

  1. Step1

    Please read the Membership Agreement and fill out the online application form.
    Payment of the annual membership fee can only be made by credit card.

    Upon completion of the credit card transaction, you will receive an email to confirm that your membership application has been completed.
    You can then immediately reserve your ticket.

  3. Step3

    We will send you a membership card by postal mail.
    Please allow approximately one week for your card to arrive after enrollment.
    To apply the discount at Friends affiliated stores, you need to present your membership card.
    Please be aware of this.

    (only for hall-sponsored concerts)

    Please pay the annual membership fee in cash. We will issue your membership card at the counter.
    You can immediately enjoy the membership benefits.
