Nearby highway exit Higashiosaka Route, Hanshin Expressway No. 13 Eastbound (toward Nara) Hoenzaka Exit Go straight on Chuo-odori Street from Hoenzaka Exit (1.2 km), turn left at Morinomiya Station intersection toward Osaka Business Park (OBP), and then travel 1 km (Tamatsukuri-suji Avenue). Parking is located below Sumitomolife Izumi Hall (Sumitomo Life OBP Plaza Building).
The entrance to the underground parking lot is located along Tamatsukuri-suji Avenue. Please follow the directions to the B1 floor in the building.

Parking fee
The entire OBP area prohibits leaving bicycles and other items unattended.
When visiting by bicycle or scooter, please use the bicycle parking lot below.
Bicycles: Free for the first hour after parking. ¥100 for up to 5 hours, ¥150 for every 24 hours thereafter.
Scooter: Free for the first hour after parking. ¥150 for up to 5 hours, ¥200 for every 24 hours thereafter.
Other: Pay later at the automated checkout machine.
