You can choose from two payment methods.

  • 1. Payment at 7-ELEVEN

    Please keep the 13 digit payment slip number and the deadline for payment you are given after completing your reservation.
    Alternatively, the Hall will send you a <Payment Slip Number Information> by postal mail.

    Please present your payment slip number at your nearest 7-ELEVEN store by the payment deadline, pay the fee, and receive your ticket.

    • System fee of ¥165 per reservation and ticketing fee of ¥110 per ticket are charged to customers.
    • Please note that we do not accept deposits
      by registered mail or bank transfer.

  • 2. Payment at the Ticket Center counter

    Please keep the reservation number you are given at the time of reservation.
    After making a reservation, please pay for the ticket directly at the Sumitomolife Izumi Hall Ticket Center counter within 10 days of the reservation and receive your ticket.
    (Office hours: 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Closed on Tuesdays, Sundays, and Holidays)

    • Please provide the name of the person for the reservation and the receipt number at the counter.
    • You can choose to pay by cash or credit card (VISA, JCB, Master, AMEX).
    • Only single full payment is accepted when paying by credit card.
    • Please also note that we do not accept any change in payment card or payment method after payment has been made.
    • Please contact us for details, as we may not be able to accept credit card payment.

Notes on Ticket Reservation and Purchase

When you purchase a ticket, please make sure of the concert name, date and time, seat type, seat number, etc.

  • We cannot accept returns, exchanges, resale, or complaints at a later date after purchase. We will not reissue tickets in any case of loss, theft, damage, etc.
  • If payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled.
  • Some concerts may not have tickets available.
  • Resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for any problems with tickets obtained illegally or purchased through resale.
  • When concert dates approach, some payment and ticket pickup methods may not be available.
  • Please note that the program, performers, and other details of the concerts are subject to change without notice.
  • Please be advised that the Sumitomolife Izumi Hall Ticket Center or the event organizer may contact you based on the information you provided at the time of purchase in the event that circumstances arise that require information to be provided to you at the time of the concert.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be made except in the case of cancellation of a concert due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • In the event of cancellation or postponement of a concert, only the ticket price will be refunded. Travel expenses, etc. are not covered.
